![]() But the reason I say it's not the most efficient is because with VSDC, as far as I know, getting to the "stopping point" of one block of text and the "starting point" of another requires me to manually move through the video. I can't really think of a better way to do it. My strategy as of now is to simply play my video and note the time of the audio, pause the video, add the text, continue the video, add the text, etc. However, I feel that my method for doing so is not the most efficient. ![]() Given what I have learned so far, I can, theoretically, add subtitles to my videos. I've read the FAQs on VSDC's homepage, and have watched most of the video tutorials on Youtube (of which there aren't many), but I haven't been able to find anything dealing specifically with adding subtitles. ![]() Unfortunately, I am not very familiar with video editing (in fact, I had absolutely no experience until about two days ago). A friend and I are wanting to start a series of educational videos, and feel that having subtitles for the videos is a must.
